 My ideas:

Idea 1: How Disney killed the Muppets by making them appeal to a modern audience?

Idea 2: How the character development of Michael Scott saved the US versin of The Office? 

Idea 1-

I want to explore how Dinsey have kiled the Muppet franchise since there buyout in 2004, studying audience figures for the last 4 projects, while also looking at interviews with people involved in the muppets throughout historyand reading books such as the Jim Henson biography as well as reviews for Muppet Shows past and present such as Muppets Now (2020)  that will help me to gain understanding about what the muppets are all about and how Disney have destroyed what was once there. 

Idea 2-  My second idea is to ahow how the character deelopment and change of Michael Scott, impacted and changed The US version of The Office and ulitmatley saved it from looked like a certain cancelation. I will look into many interviews with the cast and writers as well as the Office podcast: An Oral History of The Office which tells the entire story of The Office which will help me to understand why a change was made in Michael Scotts character between the first and second season of the show
